I work on doing qualitative coding, analysis, and writing about graduate admissions and retention. I'm an easy-going person because the project I came to RIT to-do failed miserably (before I got there) so I had to jump into something new right away. I am now living the life, finishing my degrees, on the beach, and going to Disney World.
Graduated from University of Tampa and is currently a K-12 teacher

I worked on the physics homophily project, aka the "academic incest" project. I helped with data collection and ran a database. I used scripts and other code to run some data cleaning and statistical analyses to determine where current physics faculty get their PhDs.
